# Luoxin Pharmaceutical plans to raise no more than 842.4 million yuan through a private placement of shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Luoxin Pharmaceutical (002793.SZ) has announced a plan to issue A-shares to specific targets for the year 2025. The number of recipients for this issuance will not exceed 35, consisting of legal entities, individuals, or other legitimate investment organizations that meet the regulatory requirements. The total amount of funds raised will not exceed RMB 842.4 million (including the principal), and after deducting issuance costs, it is intended to be used for the following projects: innovative drug research and development projects, the expansion and technical transformation of raw material drug production and freeze-drying workshops, as well as supplementing working capital
