# Zhejiang Garden Biopharma has completed the sale of shares under its 2022 employee stock ownership plan and will terminate it

Zhejiang Garden Biopharma Co., Ltd. announced that all shares held by the employee stock ownership plan in 2022 have been fully sold. On September 30, 2022, 7,674,790 shares of the company's stock were transferred non-traditionally to the securities account of the employee stock ownership plan, with a duration of 42 months, unlocking in two batches, each with a 50% unlocking ratio. The two lock-up periods will expire on September 28, 2023, and September 28, 2024, respectively. As of the announcement date, 7,674,790 shares have been sold out through centralized bidding, accounting for 1.41% of the company's total share capital. Subsequent asset liquidation and distribution work will be carried out, and the plan will be terminated as stipulated
