Ningbo PIA Automation Co., Ltd. announced the progress of its share repurchase plan through centralized bidding. The repurchase plan was first disclosed on August 7, 2024, with an implementation period from August 5, 2024, to May 4, 2026, and an expected repurchase amount of 30 million to 50 million yuan, intended for employee stock ownership plans or equity incentives. During this period, the company adjusted the upper limit of the repurchase price, the implementation period, and the source of funds. As of September 30, 2025, a total of 1.9659 million shares have been repurchased, accounting for 0.16% of the total share capital, with a cumulative repurchase amount of 11.542 million yuan and an actual repurchase price range of 4.91 yuan/share to 11.42 yuan/share.
