ZJQY announced that the company completed the transfer registration of part of the equity of its controlling subsidiary ZJXCM on September 30, 2025. The transfer price was RMB 299 million, accounting for 27.89% of the total shares of ZJXCM. After the transfer is completed, ZJQY will still hold 18.438 million shares of ZJXCM, accounting for 31.05% of the total shares of ZJXCM, and ZJXCM will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements
