Zhenlei Technology (688270.SH) announced that its actual controller and chairman, Mr. Yu Faxin, was previously subjected to detention measures by the Huangshi Municipal Supervisory Committee and was temporarily unable to perform his duties as a director. The company recently learned from Mr. Yu Faxin's family that the Huangshi Municipal Supervisory Committee has lifted the detention measures against Mr. Yu Faxin. Mr. Yu Faxin is now able to normally perform his duties as the chairman of the company, and Mr. Zhang Bing, a director of the company, will no longer act on behalf of the chairman's responsibilities
