On September 30, 2025, GRANDBLUE ENV Co., Ltd. announced that it received a notification from its controlling shareholder's concerted actor, Foshan Nanhai Urban Construction Investment Co., Ltd., that the company has been renamed Guangdong Nanhai Digital City Development Co., Ltd., and has completed the industrial and commercial change registration and obtained a new business license. As of now, Guangdong Nanhai Digital City Development Co., Ltd. holds 40,427,878 shares of GRANDBLUE ENV, accounting for 4.96% of the total share capital. This name change did not involve any changes in the equity of the controlling shareholder and its concerted actors, and the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller remain unchanged, which has no impact on the company's operational activities
