The highest purchase price was RMB 10.5 per share, and the lowest price was RMB 10.01 per share, with a total amount paid of RMB 142 million. This repurchase complies with relevant laws and regulations as well as the company's repurchase plan. The company will continue to implement repurchases at an appropriate time and fulfill its information disclosure obligations in a timely manner during the repurchase period
