# Goldmye Inc.'s major shareholder, Jialien, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 0.51%

According to the announcement from Dolphin Research, Goldmye Inc. (301052.SZ) stated that its shareholder Shanghai Jialien Management Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Jialien"), holding more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 500,000 shares (accounting for no more than 0.51% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding and/or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (i.e., from October 30, 2025, to January 29, 2026)
