According to Wind data, as of the issuance date statistics, the total amount of refinancing completed in the A-share market in September reached 40.616 billion yuan, an increase of nearly 30% month-on-month. Among them, the total amount raised through private placements exceeded 37 billion yuan, a month-on-month increase of nearly 32%, while the amount raised through convertible bonds was 3.5 billion yuan, a month-on-month increase of nearly 10%. The number of companies completing refinancing was 17, an increase of 1 compared to the previous month. From the perspective of individual companies, among those that completed refinancing in September, 12 companies raised more than 1.5 billion yuan, with 6 companies raising over 3.5 billion yuan, including HHP, ACMSH, Desay SV, and Cambricon Technologies
