The Shenzhen Stock Exchange, based on relevant regulations, verified the application documents submitted by the company for the issuance of shares to specific objects, deemed the application documents complete, and decided to accept them. The company's issuance of shares to specific objects is still subject to review by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and must obtain approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented
