YISHENG: Pledge and release of partial shares by the controlling shareholder

Recently, Shandong Yisheng Livestock Breeding Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Cao Jisheng, has conducted partial share pledges and releases. On September 29, Cao Jisheng pledged 15.35 million shares, accounting for 3.40% of his holdings and 1.39% of the total share capital, to replace previous pledged financing; on September 30, he released 20.05 million shares, accounting for 4.44% of his holdings and 1.81% of the total share capital. As of the announcement date, Cao Jisheng has cumulatively pledged 194.11 million shares, accounting for 42.98% of his holdings. The company stated that the controlling shareholder has the ability to repay, the pledge risk is controllable, and it will not affect the company's control and production operations
