JIHONG CO: Tan Yongzi has been appointed as Co-Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Agent for Legal Process Documents
JIHONG CO announced that Mr. Li Zhongcheng resigned as co-company secretary and other positions, effective from October 9, 2025. Ms. Tan Yongzi has been appointed as the new co-company secretary, authorized representative, and agent for legal process documents, also effective from the same date. Mr. Lu Tashan will continue to serve as another co-company secretary
According to the announcement from JIHONG CO (02603), Mr. Li Zhongcheng has resigned as (i) the joint company secretary of the company; (ii) the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and (iii) the representative for receiving legal documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong in accordance with Listing Rule 19A.13(2) and Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) effective from October 9, 2025.
The board further announced that following Mr. Li's resignation, Ms. Tan Yongzi has been appointed as the joint company secretary, authorized representative, and agent for legal documents effective from October 9, 2025. Mr. Lu Tashan will continue to serve as another joint company secretary
