LONGDA announced that it has recently learned that Laiyang Yinlong Investment Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Hongheng Yahe Industrial Co., Ltd. have registered the pledge of their shares in the company. Laiyang Yinlong Investment Co., Ltd. pledged 78.676 million shares, accounting for 100% of its holdings and 7.29% of the company's total share capital. Qingdao Hongheng Yahe Industrial Co., Ltd. pledged 59.7142 million shares, accounting for 100% of its holdings and 5.53% of the company's total share capital
