The profit distribution plan for the first half of 2025 of Zhongmi Holdings has been approved at the first extraordinary shareholders' meeting held on September 17, 2025. Based on the existing total share capital of 207,961,737 shares, a cash dividend of 5 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with an expected cash dividend distribution of 103,980,868.5 yuan.
