# SNS has determined the equity distribution plan for the first half of 2025

The profit distribution plan for the first half of 2025 of Zhongmi Holdings has been approved at the first extraordinary shareholders' meeting held on September 17, 2025. Based on the existing total share capital of 207,961,737 shares, a cash dividend of 5 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with an expected cash dividend distribution of 103,980,868.5 yuan. There will be no capital reserve fund conversion into share capital or stock dividend distribution this time. The equity registration date is October 17, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is October 20. The company has entrusted the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited to distribute cash dividends to A-share shareholders, while some shareholders will receive cash dividends directly from the company.
