Zhejiang NHU Co., Ltd. announced the implementation of the 2025 semi-annual equity distribution. This equity distribution is based on 3,058,605,988 shares after excluding repurchased shares, with a cash distribution of 2 yuan for every 10 shares, resulting in a total cash dividend of 611,721,197.60 yuan. The equity registration date is October 17, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is October 20. In addition, due to the equity distribution, the upper limit of the repurchase price is adjusted from no more than 31.50 yuan per share to no more than 31.30 yuan per share, effective from the ex-dividend date, with an expected repurchase range of 9,584,664 shares - 19,169,329 shares, accounting for 0.31% - 0.62% of the total share capital
