# Kanhoo's major shareholder, Wang Guojiang, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Kanhoo (300340.SZ) announced that Mr. Wang Guojiang, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2.7589 million shares (approximately 1% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after the disclosure of this reduction plan, starting from fifteen trading days thereafter
