FWD appoints interim Group Chief Risk Officer

FWD Group announced the appointment of Craig Tunstall as the interim Group Chief Risk Officer, pending approval from relevant regulatory authorities. Craig is currently the Director of Corporate Governance at FWD Thailand, which is one of the largest businesses under the Group. He will succeed Jeremy Porter, who will retire from the insurance industry on November 14 of this year.

FWD Group's CEO and Executive Director Huang Qingfeng expressed his pleasure in having Craig serve as the interim head of the Risk and Compliance Department. At the same time, the Group will conduct a comprehensive search for suitable candidates for this important position.

Huang Qingfeng also thanked Jeremy for his contributions during several key development stages of FWD, including establishing the Group's regulatory framework and the recent listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
