# Yunnan Germanium: Zhu Zhiguo resigns from the positions of company director and others

On October 10th, Yunnan Germanium announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from director Zhu Zhiguo, who applied to resign from his position as a director of the company due to work adjustments. After resigning from the aforementioned positions, Zhu Zhiguo will continue to serve as the company's deputy general manager.
