# COSMOS: One of the actual controllers, Zhou Jiujing, has passed away

COSMOS announced on the evening of October 10th that one of its actual controllers, Zhou Jiuqing, unfortunately passed away due to illness at the age of 82. As of the date of this announcement, Zhou Jiuqing directly held 23.1 million shares of the company, accounting for 4.86% of the total shares of the company, and was one of the two actual controllers of the company. Following Zhou Jiuqing's death, the shares held will be disposed of in accordance with laws and regulations, which will lead to a change in the composition of the company's actual controllers. The company will fulfill its information disclosure obligations in accordance with relevant laws and regulations regarding subsequent matters. Zhou Jiuqing did not hold any specific position in the company prior to his death
