# TYE: Adjusts the plan for issuing shares to specific targets, with a total fundraising amount not exceeding 806 million yuan

TYE announced that the company will hold the fourth meeting of the fourth board of directors on October 10, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on the adjustment of the company's plan to issue shares to specific targets. Before the adjustment, the company planned to raise no more than 864 million yuan through the issuance of shares to specific targets; after the adjustment, the total amount raised will not exceed 806 million yuan. The raised funds will be used for the research and industrialization projects of intelligent operation and maintenance robots for rail transit, the research and industrialization projects of AI large models for intelligent operation and maintenance in rail transit, the upgrade construction project of marketing and technical service systems, and to supplement working capital
