
The Eurasian Economic Union has issued a final ruling on anti-dumping duties for graphite electrodes from China: it recommends imposing a five-year anti-dumping tax
Recently, the Internal Market Protection Department of the Eurasian Economic Commission released the final anti-dumping ruling on graphite electrodes originating from China, determining that the products involved were being dumped and that this dumping caused substantial harm to the relevant industries of the Eurasian Economic Union. It is recommended to impose a five-year anti-dumping duty on the products involved, as follows: FANGDA CARBON New Material Technology Co., Ltd. has a tax rate of 21.73%, Jilin Carbon Co., Ltd. is 20.08%, Jiangsu Jianglong New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is 22.51%, Anshan Carbon Co., Ltd., Yingkou Deyuan Carbon Co., Ltd., and Liaoning Dantan New Materials Co., Ltd. are all 20.91%, and other producers/exporters are 22.51%. The products involved are furnace-used graphite electrodes with a circular cross-section diameter between 520 and 650 millimeters, as well as other graphite electrodes with a cross-sectional area between 2700 and 3300 square centimeters
