SHGBIT: Application for the issuance of A shares to specific objects has been accepted

Jinqiao Information announced that on October 13, 2025, the company received a notification from the Shanghai Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the application for the issuance of securities by Shanghai Jinqiao Information Co., Ltd. for listing on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The Shanghai Stock Exchange has verified the fundraising prospectus and related application documents submitted by the company, and believes that the application documents are complete and comply with legal forms, thus deciding to accept the application and conduct a review in accordance with the law. The issuance of A-shares to specific targets is still subject to approval by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the decision of the China Securities Regulatory Commission for registration, which carries uncertainty
