GAD announced that director Lin Meichai and senior management member Chang Shiwei's share reduction plan has expired. From July 7, 2025, to September 30, 2025, they collectively reduced their holdings by 985,000 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.54% of the company's total share capital, which is lower than the original plan to reduce 1.017 million shares.
