# YUNDA Corp. plans to register and issue company bonds not exceeding 2 billion yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YUNDA Corp. (002120.SZ) announced that the company intends to apply to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for the public issuance of corporate bonds not exceeding RMB 2 billion (inclusive), subject to approval by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. This registration and issuance matter still needs to be submitted for review at the company's first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025. After successful registration, the issuance will be timed based on market interest rates and the company's funding needs
