Recently, FHEC announced that non-independent director Xu Yupeng resigned from his position as a non-independent director of the third board of directors due to internal work adjustments, effective on October 13, 2025, the same day his resignation application was submitted. On the same day, the company held a staff representative assembly and elected Xu Yupeng as the staff representative director of the third board of directors, with a term until the expiration of the third board's term. Xu Yupeng's resignation will not affect the normal operation of the board of directors and the company's daily operations. He was originally a non-staff representative director, and after this change, the composition of the board of directors remains unchanged. Xu Yupeng meets the qualifications for director appointment, directly holds 26,100 shares of the company, and has no adverse records
