# Baoding Technology: Received a cash dividend of 78 million yuan from Hexi Gold Mine

Baoding Technology announced that the company recently received a cash dividend of 78 million yuan from its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhaoyuan Hexi Gold Mine Co., Ltd. Hexi Gold Mine is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Baoding Technology, and the mid-term profit distribution is conducted based on the "Articles of Association" and the undistributed profits as of June 30, 2025. The aforementioned dividend will increase the net profit of the parent company's financial statements for the year 2025, but will not increase the net profit of the consolidated financial statements, and will not affect the overall operating performance of the company for the year 2025
