# Geovis: Application for issuance of shares to specific objects approved

Geovis announced that the company recently received the "Approval on the Registration of Issuing Stocks to Specific Objects by Geovis Co., Ltd." issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The approval document agrees to the company's application for the registration of issuing stocks to specific objects and requires that this issuance be strictly implemented in accordance with the declaration documents and issuance plan submitted to the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The approval is valid for 12 months from the date of registration consent.
