In September, Shanghai Airport's total passenger throughput at both airports reached 11.075 million
The transportation production data from Shanghai Airport in September 2025 shows that the total passenger throughput of the two airports reached 11.075 million. Among them, the passenger throughput of Pudong International Airport was 6.9857 million, an increase of 11.69% year-on-year; the passenger throughput of Hongqiao International Airport was 4.0893 million, an increase of 6.05% year-on-year
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Shanghai Airport (600009.SH) disclosed its transportation production situation for September 2025. In September 2025, the total number of aircraft takeoffs and landings at Pudong International Airport reached 45,855, an increase of 5.66% year-on-year; passenger throughput was 6.9857 million, an increase of 11.69% year-on-year; and cargo and mail throughput was 352,600 tons, an increase of 10.32% year-on-year. At Hongqiao International Airport, the total number of aircraft takeoffs and landings was 23,260, an increase of 4.43% year-on-year; passenger throughput was 4.0893 million, an increase of 6.05% year-on-year; and cargo and mail throughput was 40,200 tons, an increase of 5.83% year-on-year
