# Focuslight: Li Xiaoning has reduced his holdings by 0.0932%, and this reduction plan has been terminated early

Focuslight announced that shareholders Song Tao, Li Xiaoning, and Tian Ye reduced their holdings by 10,000 shares, 83,711 shares, and 24,500 shares respectively through centralized bidding or block trading from September 1 to October 14, 2025, with reduction ratios of 0.0111%, 0.0932%, and 0.0273%. The reduction price ranges were 135 to 170 yuan/share, 106.88 to 118.23 yuan/share, and 114.07 to 144.96 yuan/share. The remaining 20,370 shares, 1,680 shares, and 800 shares that the three shareholders had not reduced will no longer be implemented, and this reduction plan is terminated early
