# XiaSha plans to invest 49 million yuan to establish an investment fund in the field of humanoid robots

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, XiaSha Precision (001306.SZ) announced that the company has signed a partnership agreement with Ningbo Zhenhai District State-owned Assets Management Service Center's subsidiaries, including Ningbo Zhenhai Industrial Investment Private Fund Management Co., Ltd., Ningbo Zhenhai Industrial Investment Development Co., Ltd., and Ningbo Zhenkai Group Co., Ltd., for the "Ningbo Zhenhai Weiyuan Lingxi Robot Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership)" (tentative name). They plan to jointly invest in the Ningbo Zhenhai Weiyuan Lingxi Robot Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership), with a total subscribed capital of 100 million yuan, of which the company, as a limited partner, intends to contribute 49 million yuan, accounting for 49.00% of the total subscribed capital. The investment direction of this fund is intended to focus on key components of humanoid robots, as well as industrial robots, service robots, and special robots. Among them, humanoid robots will focus on joint modules and their core components, while also considering the field of new materials, supporting key areas such as intelligent robot bodies, large and small brains, electronic skin, and dexterous hands
