CEE: The controlling shareholder pledged 14.15 million shares

CEE announced that its controlling shareholder, Huizhou Jinggang Investment Development Co., Ltd., will pledge 14.15 million shares to Zheshang Securities Co., Ltd., accounting for 12.12% of its holdings and 2.31% of the company's total share capital. This pledge is mainly for its operational development needs. The total pledged shares of the controlling shareholder and actual controller that will mature within the next year amount to 14.15 million shares, accounting for 9.12% of their holdings and 2.31% of the company's total share capital.
