Xiangming Intelligent announced that from September 15, 2025, to October 15, 2025, Changzhou Xianghua Management Consulting Co., Ltd. reduced its holdings by 949,600 shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.8728% of the company's total share capital; on October 14, 2025, the controlling shareholder Changzhou Xiangxing Information Technology Co., Ltd. reduced its holdings by 140,000 shares through block trading, accounting for 0.1287%; the total reduction by both parties amounted to 1,089,600 shares, accounting for 1.0015%, and the shareholding ratio decreased from 54.8898% to 53.8883%. This change in equity triggered a 1% integer multiple
