Haixin Energy-Tech announced that its indirect controlling shareholder has changed from Haiguotou Group to Guangyu Fangyuan. Haiguotou Group has transferred its 100% equity in Haixin Zhi to Guangyu Fangyuan through a private agreement. Haixin Zhi holds 740 million shares of the company, accounting for 31.48% of the total share capital. The actual controller remains the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Haidian District
