# Haixin Energy-Tech: Guangyi Fangyuan and its concerted actors hold a total shareholding ratio of 37.22%

Haixin Energy-Tech announced that Guangyi Fangyuan and its concerted party Haiguotou Management have acquired 100% equity of Haixin Zhi held by Haiguotou Group through a non-public agreement transfer. This allows them to indirectly hold 740 million shares of the listed company, accounting for 31.48% of the total shares. Adding the 135 million shares already held by the concerted party Haiguotou Management, the acquirer and its concerted parties collectively hold 875 million shares of the listed company, with a total shareholding ratio of 37.22%. This acquisition complies with the circumstances under which an offer can be exempted as per the "Measures for the Administration of the Acquisition of Listed Companies."
