YEIC: Acquired 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Huize Yuneng Clean Energy Co., Ltd. and increased its capital by 81.1 million yuan

Yunnan Energy Investment announced that the company's board of directors approved the proposal to acquire 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Huize Yuneng Clean Energy Co., Ltd. and to increase its capital in the eighth extraordinary meeting of 2025. The company will use its own funds to acquire 100% equity of Huize Yuneng Clean Energy Co., Ltd. from Yunnan Salt Industry Co., Ltd. through a non-public agreement transfer, with a purchase price of 1.7996 million yuan. After the completion of this equity acquisition, Huize Company will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yunnan Energy Investment. In order to meet the project's funding needs, Yunnan Energy Investment plans to increase its capital in Huize Company by 81.1 million yuan using its own funds. After the capital increase is completed, Huize Company's registered capital will increase to 82.1 million yuan
