# RC: The controlling shareholder holds 14.14% of the shares and has not reduced their holdings

RC announced that one of its controlling shareholders, Tianjin RC Technology Group Co., Ltd., originally planned to reduce its holdings by no more than 6.8886 million shares, accounting for 3% of the total share capital, through centralized bidding or block trading from July 17, 2025, to October 16, 2025. As of the expiration of the deadline, this shareholder did not reduce any shares and still holds 32.4613 million shares, accounting for 14.14% of the total share capital
