Medprin announced that the company intends to issue shares and pay cash to acquire 100% equity of Guangzhou Yijie Medical Technology Co., Ltd. at a transaction price of 335 million yuan. At the same time, the company plans to raise supporting funds of 134 million yuan from Guangzhou Yijian Medical Investment Co., Ltd., issuing 2.3291 million shares at a price of 57.35 yuan per share
