Easpring plans to invest in Beikong Zihuan Technology to implement a green recycling project for used lithium-ion power batteries

Easpring Technology has signed an investment cooperation agreement with Beikuan Zihuan Technology, Pizhou Circular Economy Industrial Park, and Chengtong Kechuang Investment Fund, planning to jointly invest in the establishment of a joint venture company focused on the green recycling of used lithium-ion power batteries. The registered capital of the joint venture company is 788 million yuan, and Easpring Technology intends to invest 78.88 million yuan, holding a 10% equity stake. The project will be constructed in two phases, with the first phase expected to have a battery pack dismantling capacity of 10,000 tons per year and a ternary black powder processing capacity of 32,000 tons per year
