Hanwei Electronics announced that it plans to acquire a 25.6990% stake in Chongqing Stabao for approximately CNY 27.976160 million and increase its capital by CNY 18 million. After the transaction, Hanwei Electronics will hold a 35.39% stake in Chongqing Stabao, totaling a 52.72% shareholding. Chongqing Stabao is a supplier of film platinum resistance temperature sensors, with products widely used in various fields. This investment will help Hanwei Electronics enter the high-end temperature sensor market and enhance its market competitiveness
According to the announcement from Hanwei Electronics (300007.SZ), the company plans to use its own funds of approximately 27.97616 million yuan to acquire a total of 25.6990% equity in Chongqing Stabao held by Hu Yi, Wang Zhigang, the holding platform, Chen Mingyou, Cheng Yanzheng, Qingdao Shique, Jiaxing Shique, and Hanwei Fund; at the same time, the company intends to increase its capital by 18 million yuan, of which 1.388871 million yuan will be included in the registered capital and 16.611129 million yuan will be included in the capital reserve. After the transaction is completed, the company will hold 35.39% of the equity in Chongqing Stabao, and the company has signed a "Joint Action Agreement" with Wang Zhigang, Chen Mingyou, Cheng Yanzheng, and Zhang Jun, whereby the company and its concerted actors will collectively hold 52.72% of the equity in Chongqing Stabao, which will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
