According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WMER (002877.SZ) announced that Mr. Shen Jianbiao, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, along with his concerted action party Wuxi Tianyixin Investment Co., Ltd., plans to reduce their holdings in the company by no more than 3.55 million shares (accounting for 1.00% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding from November 10, 2025, to February 8, 2026
