# RML: Gui Jun and others reduced their holdings by 0.1075% upon expiration

RML announced that the company's directors and senior management personnel Gui Jun, Zhang Longbiao, and executives Liu Xiaohan, Liu Fengjuan, and Ye Tao, according to the previously disclosed plan, will collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 262,700 shares through centralized bidding from July 18 to August 29, 2025, accounting for 0.1075% of the company's total share capital. The actual number of shares reduced was 98,000 shares, 31,320 shares, 11,700 shares, 22,000 shares, and 3,250 shares, corresponding to reduction ratios of 0.0401%, 0.0128%, 0.0048%, 0.0090%, and 0.0013%, respectively. The term of this reduction plan expired on October 17, 2025, and the shares were all sourced from the restricted stock incentive plan granted and the capital reserve converted into shares
