# GHKJ received a warning letter from the Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau

According to the announcement from the Zhitong Finance APP, GHKJ (002741.SZ) stated that the company and relevant personnel received a warning letter issued by the Guangdong Securities Regulatory Bureau regarding Guangdong GHKJ Co., Ltd. and related personnel. The warning letter pointed out:

On November 19, 2024, the company's board secretary Yang Rongzheng, during an online communication meeting organized by a certain brokerage analyst, disclosed to the participants the company's lithium sulfide production capacity, the expected performance for 2024, and other undisclosed operational and financial information, some of which could significantly affect the company's stock trading price. GHKJ did not timely disclose the above information until it was disseminated through the internet, and only on December 6, 2024, did it release an announcement to clarify and disclose the relevant matters
