NHD: The controlling shareholder UDL did not reduce its holdings in the company from July to October

NHD announced that its controlling shareholder Universal Dairy Limited previously planned to reduce its holdings by no more than 8.6068 million shares through centralized bidding and no more than 17.2135 million shares through block trading between July 21 and October 20, 2025, totaling no more than 3% of the company's total share capital. As of the expiration of the reduction period on October 20, 2025, UDL did not actually reduce its holdings in the company, and both the number and proportion of shares held remained unchanged
