The company has mortgaged 3 real estate properties and 18 movable properties, with assessed values of 243 million yuan and 15 million yuan, respectively. In addition, the company's controlling shareholder, You ZhiSheng, signed a "Maximum Amount Pledge Contract" with the Research Institute, pledging 20,589,033 shares of the company
