# HAIGUO: Yulong Venture Capital plans to reduce its holdings by 0.9965%

HAIGUO announced that its shareholder Zhangjiagang Yulong Technology Venture Capital Co., Ltd., which holds 6.2600% of the shares, intends to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.04 million shares, accounting for 0.9965% of the total share capital, through centralized bidding within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement due to its own funding needs. The reduction period is from November 14, 2025, to February 13, 2026, and all shares were acquired before the IPO
