HON-Flex: Provides nearly 170 million yuan in guarantees for its subsidiary
HON-Flex announced that on March 12, 2025, the company's first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025 approved the proposal to provide guarantee limits for its subsidiaries. Recently, the company provided joint liability guarantee guarantees for its wholly-owned subsidiary Anlian Tong to Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation and Bank of Ningbo for financing, amounting to 119 million yuan and 50 million yuan, respectively. As of the announcement date, the total amount of external guarantees undertaken by the company is 4.637 billion yuan, accounting for 402.73% of the audited net assets for the fiscal year 2024, with no overdue or litigation-related external guarantee matters
