LILIANG DIAMOND: Shareholder Li Aizhen plans to reduce holdings by 3.00%

LILIANG DIAMOND announced that Li Aizhen, a concerted actor of the controlling shareholder and actual controller holding 36 million shares, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 7.6335 million shares, accounting for 3.00%, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of disclosure due to personal funding needs, through centralized bidding, block trading, or a combination of both. Among them, the reduction through centralized bidding will not exceed 1%, and the reduction through block trading will not exceed 2%
