JIUDIAN PHARMACEUTICAL announced that the company plans to use its own funds of 50 million yuan to jointly invest with Changsha Xiangjiang Shannuo Venture Capital Partnership and Hainan Jiu Zhi Qing Yan Technology Partnership to establish Hunan Jiu Dian Shannuo Innovative Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd. The registered capital of Jiu Dian Shannuo is 100 million yuan, with the company holding 50%, Xiangjiang Shannuo holding 30%, and Jiu Zhi Qing Yan holding 20%.
