Jiangsu Leili: The actual controller has changed from Mr. Su Jianguo to Mr. Su Jianguo and Mr. Su Da

Jiangsu Leili announced that the equity structure of its controlling shareholder, Changzhou Leili Investment Group Co., Ltd., has changed. Mr. Su Jianguo transferred his 36.81% stake in Leili Investment to his son, Mr. Su Da, while Mr. Hua Rongwei transferred his 15.68% stake in Leili Investment to his son, Mr. Hua Sheng. After the completion of this equity transfer, Mr. Su Jianguo holds a 3.99% stake in Leili Investment, Mr. Su Da holds a 47.01% stake, Mr. Hua Rongwei holds a 23.52% stake, and Mr. Hua Sheng holds a 25.48% stake.
